PORTLAND — Police are looking for suspects in a Portland shooting that left one man dead outside a convenience store.
The Oregonian reports that officers had responded to the scene Wednesday afternoon to find the victim, who has not yet been identified, with at least one gunshot wound. The man believed to be in his early 20s was pronounced dead at the scene.
Witnesses had reported seeing a white SUV speeding past the scene moments after the shooting.
Officers do not yet have a motive for the shooting or know if it was connected to another Portland shooting in a Walgreens parking lot that occurred hours earlier.
The case remains under investigation.
