A back-and-forth game eventually turned for the home Titans as they picked up the non-league win.
Columbia River led by one going into the fourth quarter, and Union was able to take the lead in the final four minutes of the game.
Nico Bricker and Zach Reznick made key free throws down the stretch to seal the Titans’ win.
Denis Kirichenko and Cameron Cranston each had double-doubles for Union. Kirichenko had 17 points and 13 rebounds, and Cranston 15 points and 11 rebounds.
Columbia River’s Andrew Vickers led all scorers with 22 points.
