Revised oil terminal meeting slate released

The environmental panel charged with analyzing the proposed crude-by-rail transfer terminal slated for the Port of Vancouver announced a revised public meeting schedule Friday.

• The first public meeting will be from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Jan. 5. Another session is set for 6 to 11 p.m. that day. Both meetings will be at the Clark County Event Center at the Fairgrounds, Hall B, 17402 N.E. Delfel Road in Ridgefield.

• The next meeting will be from 5 to 11 p.m. Jan. 12 at the Clark County Event Center at the Fairgrounds.

• Another public meeting will be from 5 to 11 p.m. Jan. 14 at CenterPlace Regional Event Center, 2426 N. Discovery Place in Spokane Valley.

The public comment period on the draft environmental impact statement ends Jan. 22.
