SEATTLE — A man seeking the release of graphic photos and records from Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain’s death scene has filed another lawsuit just 10 days after his last attempt was thrown out of court.

Seattlepi.com reports Richard Lee filed a lawsuit Tuesday in King County Superior Court claiming he’s owed access to the photos.

Lee insists Cobain was murdered, despite overwhelming evidence the rocker’s 1994 death was a suicide, and Lee filed a public-records request seeking the photographs.

Cobain’s widow, rocker and actress Courtney Love, and their daughter have previously written to the court about the physical and psychological impact that the release of the graphic photos would have on their lives.
