Grass-roots groups gathered at Esther Short Park Saturday for the 11th annual Peace and Justice Fair.
Activities included music, dance and a variety of exhibits. The Rev. Brooks Berndt of First United Congregational Church of Christ said his congregation invited participants to pose for photos with peace and justice quotes written on large pieces of paper. More than 50 people participated.
The quotes came from famous people such as Nelson Mandela, Maya Angelou and Mother Teresa.
