One killed, two critically hurt in three-car crash

One man was killed and two others critically injured Thursday in a three-car crash in Vancouver’s Rose Village neighborhood.

The crash was reported at 10:06 p.m. at the intersection of East 33rd Street and P Street, according to Vancouver Fire Department Capt. Kevin Murray.

Crews responding to the scene found one man, believed to be in his mid-20s, dead at the scene due to severe trauma, Murray said.

Two other men, believed to be in their late teens to early 20s, were critically injured with multi-system trauma, Murray said. One had to be extricated from the wreckage.

Other parties in the crash were not injured, Murray said.

The crash was still under investigation late Thursday night by the Vancouver Police Department.
