High school football schedules now available

Schedules for teams in 4A, 3A and 2A GSHLs and 1A Trico

The 2011 high school football schedule looks a lot like the 2010 schedule, with some venues switched.

Last season, Camas opened up with a game against Timberline of Lacey at Century Link Field (previously Qwest Field). This year, the Blazers travel to Doc Harris Stadium to take on the Papermakers on Sept. 2.

Skyview opened 2010 with a wild game at Sherwood, Ore. Now, the Bowmen will face the Storm at Kiggins Bowl.

Prairie made a three-hour bus ride to play Lakewood to open 2010. Lakewood gets to make the bus ride this season to play the Falcons at District Stadium.

And, of course, the rivalry game that used to cap the season when the teams were rivals in the Class 4A Greater St. Helens League is now a non-league season opener as Evergreen faces Mountain View at McKenzie Stadium.

And that’s just Week 1. There are eight more regular season weeks after that.
