Duke offers British public a bargain masterpiece

The Duke of Sutherland wants to sell the masterpiece of Renaissance painting to British public galleries if they can meet his $92 million asking price.  Diana and Actaeon is worth an estimated $275 million on the open market. The aristocrat has offered the work to major public galleries in Britain for a third of that price.
