Butcher Boys, a longtime Vancouver meat market and processing business, is proposing a major remodel and expansion at a location not far from its current store. Plans call for conversion of the former Regal Mattress site at 2512 E. Fourth Plain Blvd. for retail use and additional leaseable space.
