Clark Public Utilities ranks top in region
Friday, July 18, 2008 By The Columbian staffClark Public Utilities has been named best utility for residential electric service among midsize electricity providers in the 11-state Western U.S. region by J.D. Power and Associates. The utility also scored fifth in the nation for residential customer satisfaction among utilities of all sizes.
The ratings are based on about 35,500 online responses from utility customers across the U.S. and compared 120 utilities.
Clark earned five stars out of five in each ratings category: overall customer satisfaction, power quality and reliability, price and billing, and payment. |
