An 88-townhouse Hazel Dell development geared toward environmentally conscious buyers will hold an open house from noon to 3 p.m. Saturday.
Hazel Ridge Townhomes, off Interstate 5 at Northeast 76th Street and Hazel Dell Avenue, features two-story properties with double garages and private yards and patios.
Built by Persimmon Development Group, each townhouse meets Energy Star standards. Floor plans range from 1,390 square feet to 1,684 square feet for homes that start at $236,900. |
