A high-risk sex offender has found a home, but two others are now homeless, which can make it more difficult for police to track them.
All three are classified as Level 3 sex offenders, the group considered most likely to commit new sex crimes, according to bulletins from the Sex Offender Registration Unit of the Clark County Sheriff's Office.
• Curtiss George Sauer, 46, has moved to 3104 Drummond Ave. in Vancouver's Fourth Plain Village neighborhood.
Sauer has been convicted of second-degree sexual abuse of a 9-year-old girl on three occasions; communicating with an 8-year-old girl for immoral purposes; communicating with a 10-year-old girl for immoral purposes; and lewd and lascivious acts with a 13-year-old girl.
Sauer is white, 5 feet 10 inches tall and 200 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes.
He drives a brown 1986 Jaguar XJ6 sedan with Washington license 927-ZEW.
• James Matthew Kelly, 26, is homeless.
Kelly has been convicted of first-degree rape of a child and two counts of first-degree child molestation. His victims were a 9-year-old girl and an 8-year-old boy.
Kelly also has been convicted three times of failing to register as a sex offender.
Officials say Kelly also has admitted to victimizing six more boys and girls ages 3 to 10. He used bribes, coercion and intimidation, officials said.
He is white, 6 feet tall and 254 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
• Bryan Phillip Hiller, 47, has been convicted of three counts of luring. He approached a 14-year-old girl, a 12-year-old boy and a 6-year-old girl and said "come in and look in my van," officials said. The children ran away.
Hiller also has been convicted of second-degree incest. Officials say he molested a friend's 12-year-old daughter several times. During the trial, he and the girl's mother fled and later were arrested in Nevada, where they were living under false identities, officials said.
Hiller is white, 6 feet 1 inch tall and 210 pounds. His eyes and hair are brown.
He has a white and brown 1989 Ford motor home, license unknown.
The three aren't being sought by police.
Hiller is monitored by the sheriff's unit and the Sex Offender Monitoring Unit of the Vancouver Police Department.
Sauer and Kelly are monitored by those units and also by the state Department of Corrections.

Three more for the garbage heap! We really need to band together and demand our "leaders" change the laws so these dirtbags aren't running around the neighborhoods, most full of children, scouting out their next victims. Why aren't our children more important than this??????
