Curves for Women has leased 2,700 square feet of retail space at M2J Business Park, 6300 N.E. St. James Road, Suite 104. Brett Irons, Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins-Bernhardt Associates, represented the lessee and the lessor.
National Vision has leased 3,525 square feet of retail space at Hazel Dell Towne Center, 9301 N.E. Fifth Ave., Suites 106-110, from Pine Tree-Sau Hazel Dell LLC. June 1 is the occupancy date. Melissa Darm and Marc Strabic, CB Richard Ellis Group, represented the lessor.
Office Ally LLC, formerly located in California, has relocated to Vancouver and has leased 10,993 square feet of office space from Smarty Jones LLC at McGillivray Place, 16703 S.E. McGillivray Blvd., Suite 200. Brian Sullivan, Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins-Bernhardt Associates, represented the lessee; Tim Parker and Don Drake of Melvin Parks represented the lessor.
Pacific Medical Partners, a dermatology business, has purchased 3,200 square feet of space at Redwood Creek Condos, 15613 S.E. Mill Plain Blvd., Unit A. The sale price was $848,071. Deborah Ewing, Eric Fuller & Associates, represented the buyer; Garret Harper and Tamara Fuller, Norris Beggs & Simpson, represented the seller.
