Mill Plain reopens after fire

Mill Plain Boulevard has reopened between Grand Boulevard and the Heights after a fire at 3300 E. Mill Plain.
The fire damaged the top floor of a multistory home, according to radio reports. No one has been injured, and the fire is knocked down.
The fire was reported shortly after 2 p.m.
