Mill Plain Blvd., will donate books, hats and mittens to Vancouver School District’s Early Childhood Center and the Evergreen School District’s Sifton Elementary School through its Book Angel program. Shoppers may purchase a book or donate cash at the bookstore and there is a barrel to collect coats, hats and mittens through Dec. 17.
