Phillip Anthony Wilde, 51, is classified as a Level 3 sex offender, the group deemed most likely to commit new sex crimes, according to a bulletin from the Sex Offender Registration Unit of the Clark County Sheriff’s Office.
He was convicted of public indecency in Oregon in 1980 and 1981, for exposing himself to a female in a parking structure and another riding a bicycle, the bulletin said. The victims’ ages weren’t given.
In 1983, he was convicted of criminal sexual penetration of a 9-year-old girl in Bernalillo County, N.M.
In Jackson County, Ore., in 1992, he was convicted of first-degree sexual abuse of a 3-year-old girl.
In 2000 and again this year, in Clark County, he was convicted of failure to register as a sex offender, the bulletin said.
