Wash. Flags at half staff for Arlington man

Flags are at half staff at Washington state agency buildings in memory of a Navy medical corpsman killed in Afghanistan.
The governor urged others with flags to take part in Monday's observance for 23-year-old Eichmann Strickland of Arlington who was killed Sept. 9 by a roadside bomb.
